Ok, so I am a couple of days late, but Happy New Year's!  This year has started off with a lot of changes in our house. The first, of course, is all the painting and building that has been going on, but we are almost done with that. The second is a major change in how we eat and what we drink. Marshall and I are starting on a new water: Kangen water. It is alkaline and antioxidant. It was brought to our attention by a friend, Gracie. She is a distributor for Enagic, a Japanese company that makes the systems that produce the machines that make the water. There is a lot of information out there that proves alkaline water is good for you, but if you want more info, here is the Enagic website:
We are also getting ready to quit smoking. Marshall has been trying one of the electronic cigs, but I think going cold-turkey is going to be better for me. Lucky for me, the water will detox me and maybe the withdrawals won't be that bad.
The kids got moved into their apartment and all seems to be going well for them. My oldest daughter Jess has a new home too with her boyfriend Nick. He's former military and seems like a good guy.
Well, I guess that's about it for now. I have to go paint kitchen cabinets.
